Assuming still 0, only 1 unit lights was on at Block B at night.
Many still doing renovation ..

I am a keen buyer and looking for a unit at Park 51 Residency.

Criteria are as below:

1143sf or 1288sf or 1257sf
6th floor or above
Budget: around RM550k
Subang view(preferably) or KL view
2 Car Parks

Any block D Unit's Owner can comment on the Unifi Speed because our telephone line is copper instead of fiber line. Thanks.

When block C is targeted to be completed?
Wonder they start selling block C on yr 2011 or yr 2012.
If S&P from yr 2011, suppose need to be completed by this yr..

Expected late hand-over for the final phase block C too? poor developer...

many owner only claim 40% LAD.....developer get 60% discount on LAD.....why not?

I planning to rent out my unit and sell when block C / D completion.

Anyone able to rent out their unit for now? I check on iproperty, many owner is renting at RM1400.
