yesterday just got this email from Lau...so this friday sent again to Lau and ask him..if no reply frm Syabas..then push lau to make it to public la..now is almost time for election..sure the politicians will behave very actively to help voters...

Pass there today, dun see any workers working on clubhouse area, temple still there, the clubhouse and the swimming pool area, i think at least need another 1 year to complete judging frm the status and the way the developer work....see few workers work on block a and b.....but i see lots of workers at the area near police station there like demolish the old building and try to built something new...is the plaza sentral project by taiapan too?...if yes, means they rather arrange more man power to work on other thing than the condo work....thmubs down for this developer.....sucks... Will try best to attend but actually i am not block d buyer, and my block a according to spa is not yet due, so i hope if there is meeting, block d buyers please attend and speak out....
I belive this project will be complete, just the developer too overestimate themself, built new temple, need work on plaza sentral project at the same time, at the end , none of the projects can be complete nicely on time...

hi all, i get a feedback letter frm Syabas, i already attach it and sent it to all you mailbox, do check it out.......according to the letter, actually there are still 5 action items that need complete by developer...it's purely developer mistake (e.g the meter layout is installed not according to the spec)...

i dun think is syabas fault...look at other projects at selangor...atmosfera and koi kinrara at puchong...launch same period with park 51, oledy completed and gt CF, VP...
this developer cant even complete a entrance until right now...
