Yup somemore i think the unit design is quite pratical...

9++ sqf unit hv 3 bedrooms,
11++ and 12++ sqf units with 4 bedrooms.

try to maximize the space with more bedrooms which can increase the rental....

suggest u onhold the unit til Icon city completion, will fetch even more higher...

i think u rent out now should be able to get decent rental to cover installment, positive cash flow maybe.

3 bedrooms unit with 1.6k rental at PJ...i would say is minimum rental.....furnish nicely a little bit can up to 1.8-2k...

Just get the email from YB Lau...YB Lau already gt email from developer that confirm will get CF issued out in the next 2 days...all block D buyers, be ready to get the key...

RM390 is real price oledy...RM410psf is just matter of time...once completed the whle developement..with the nice clubhouse n landscape and swimming pool...sure can reach 410psf... tongue.gif
