QUOTE(jazzy939 @ Aug 30 2008, 06:01 PM) I don't think it's my meter problem. It's new! but actually...whether the value correct or not it sounded great!!! hahaha, evenbetter then the surelectronics board What ever it is, I plan to replace the inductors for one channel only so that I can compare the toroid inductors to the stock ones.. will report later tonite. Whoa.. RM10 each? Could be worth a try but IF there would be any difference at all, worth the 10 bucks? changing from ferite to aircoil should make noticeable difference. changing from coil to toroid shuld have difference too QUOTE(mysghooi @ Aug 30 2008, 06:41 PM) Wah, yesterday just received my t-amp from xtorm. Soo... small. Hope to received my smps as soon as possible from jazzy. So I can have my time to test out this baby. haha...wait till you listen to the sound ongbs, eh measure those smd cap beside the coil ler...hehe, but need to take it out, too bad didnt bring my father meter here |

nob....
just did a comparison with my USAmps USA-425 car amplifier i bought this 2nd hand (or was it 3rd...4th...no idea http://www.realmofexcursion.com/ampguts/USAmps_USA-425/ some real photo...hehe ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() look abit rempit style, but the internal is damn fine... review...hmm kinda short, caused they both sounded identical!? hmmmm...with the t-amp having an edge with detials, the USAmps didnt sound this good when it was in my iswara, so i guess car acoustic does make a big difference, same system wont sound the same in another car altho t-amp is a 9 watter, but dynamic part is comparable, with more details, soundstage and so on is limited by the car i guess, they both sounded the same...hmmm....but t-amp is cleaner, not so muddy kinda feel... |

QUOTE(jazzy939 @ Aug 31 2008, 12:58 AM) No lah.. I think the value of 10uH is a wee bit too high. haha you are the best...but i still think value wont make too much different, but i might be wrong tho Need to come up between 1 and 10 to 'fine tune'... Ok lah, for your sake, I'll make another set for both channels! Then will give you full two channels review. Is that great? |
