SBSettings has been stable for me so far. never had any issues with it.

I don't have any problems with SB settings either.

mine oso got not prob. some themes make it laggy though.

can SBSettings and cydelete work together? i installed CyDelete and sbsettings is goneee..

Anyone used irealsms for 3.0 before?
I heard alot of ppl saying it makes your iphone hot really fast (uses alot of background processing maybe?)

Or anyone have suggestion for sms apps that can do inbox/outbox style or templates etc...

I have some problem wif my SBSsettings, I run well and everything is working except it is not blocking my data charges. It charge me when I am not on wifi. Btw wat is processes for??

Processes = Windows Task Manager if you're on Windows.

Just wanna add some info regarding cydia that happened to me today... Cant launch cydia while loading data...
so this the solution... coz i not comfortable with command line terminal.. Hehehe.. Just browsers the file..


Cydia Crashes When Loading Data Screen
Requirement:
1. You already install OPENSSH (It a must to jailbreak iphone)
2. WiFi Conection
3. Winscp on windows or Cyberduck on Mac

How to..
1. Connect iphone through Winscp or Cyberduck (SSH program)
2. Find the folder /var/lib/apt/lists
3. Delete all content in this folder except "partial"
4. Disconnect the SSH program.
5. Open Cydia and it will download back DATABASE.

If deleting the contents of the lists folder does not fix the problem you can also try deleting the contents of the /var/lib/dpkg/updates/ folder

i just bought an iphone 2g 8GB which was running on OS 1.1.4
when i upgrade it to OS 3.0.1, my iphone got locked and i had to unlock and jailbreak it
when i unlocked it, i heard from the shop owner that my iphone is only unlocked, but not fully unlocked so if i upgrade any software it might re-lock my phone again..
when i first opened Cydia, it asked me to upgrade Core Utilities (/bin) and Cydia Installer which they said is an essential upgrade...
so now i dont know whether i should carry on with the upgrade?i'm just afraid that upgrading will lock my iphone again..

No your phone will only be locked again if you upgrade iphone firmware. Upgrading anything in cydia wont affect your current phone status.

In Cydia, usually when you click on any app, Details of the page will be loaded, mine doesn't load up instead showing just the template of Details page. No matter how long I've waited.

Anyone got this prob? What's wrong with it? I'm on OS 3.0 btw, iphone 3gs.

Same. iSpazio repo caches failure!!!

Maybe ispazio down again...oledi happen before..

maybe because of mass traffic by iphone user trying to downloads from ispazio server....

add: just update from cydia regarding ispazio repo...open cydia and there will be ispazio upgrade version...

Hello all,

I updated my Iphone 3GS to OS 3.0.1 and jailbroke it using Redsnow on windows and updated Cydia 0.8.

I tried to install SBSettings and my screen hangs up at reload springboard screen. Even when I reinstall it gets hung up at reload springboard screen.

Did anybody have the same issue and if so any solution? If nothing works, I might have to restore and rejailbreak again.

i install an application call " boss pref "
which i able to control the 3G , EDGE , WIFI and other more setting
i found out , i unable to connect through 3G without turning on EDGE
is it a requirement to turn on EDGE in order to gain access to 3G

Boss Pref is old. download an updated version of that called 'SBSettings'. you'll need to have both EDGE and 3G on to access 3G network.

So SBSetting works for OS 3.0 now?

Cause previously i installed SBSetting and my whole phone hanged forever.
As result , I can restored my phone.
