Yes..remove BossPrefs and install SBSettings. You may opt to install some SBtoggles which are available via Cydia.

guys is it normal for my phone not to show my usage time everytime i change a winterboard setting? because this morning after charging my phone i saw the usage period, but once i changed the theme it kinda like gone to "your usage will show the next time u recharge your phone" sweat.gif

hi want to ask.. i've just downloaded Bossprefs from cydia straightly i turned 3g/edge/bluetooth off only wifi is left to be on.. and now the problem is my phone still will connect to gprs by itself? because i didnt see GPRS setting in bossprefs ler pls advice

hey guys i keep getting POSIX: opretation timed out, i;ve been trying to download stuff for a few days and its still not working
theres nothing wrong with my wifi as theres no problems with my notebook.

Getting POSIX error for 2 days already. Trying to install winterboard, or any apps from saurik.. sweat.gif


Added on April 6, 2009, 8:15 amFinally got the apps installed this morning at 6 am. My theory is, the US server congested,and gives u POSIX error.

Yes. It's always good to save those video files to your comp. Also, do rename your video files as they are saved with gibberish name.

guy, as far as i know, there's an apps that we can use our iPhone as a wireless modem rite? what is the name of that apps?

and one more thing, anybody using "makeitmine" apps? i noticed that, after i change to my owned carrier name, i cannot send out @ rec. MMS using swirlyMMS....anybody have the same problem? thanks

Hmm why do you think it's the carrier name? My swirlyMMS never seem to want to work. I finally managed to get the Green M signal but my messages never went through. Now I cant even get the green M anymore. And nobody seems to know why. I've kinda given up already :-(
I'm using iphone 2G, firmware 2.2, Maxis , Swirly 1.3.2

iPhonemodem and pdanet are both good apps tethering...

been using MIM for so long but neva encountered such prob...

Yeah.. I am using "net, maxis, wap" in swirly too. At least last time got green M.. no cant get that either even when I'm in an Edge connection area. Sien..
