Installer 4 - Kate 2.0 released

Kate has been available for some time now on firmware 2.0+. Although it was still a beta version. Today Rip-Dev released Kate 2.0. No longer a beta version. Kate 2.0 fixes a all the bugs that where present in the previous version and it also solves the issues with Winterboard.

Kate can be found in Installer on the feature screen or in the search screen. For all of you who bought a license for the old kate. This license is still working on the new firmware. If you have switched from a iPhone to a iPhone 3G you can transfer your license by sending the rip-dev team a mail.

Do cydia have any app to read .doc,.pdf,.txt file like on installer last time call Docs(this app was really good and easy to use).?btw currently im on fw 2.0.1.Cydia also came up with FileViewer but it was complicated(even i dont really know how to use it) and quite slow. Anybody here can help me...

Try textReader from Cydia. Might be easier.

If not, you may need to find some text reader from AppStore apps to help you.

Mobile Finder (via AppStore) has got a pretty good built-in reader. As far as i'm concern it reads all the files formats you mentioned above plus more.

No i think the best is datacase..
Based on the reviews...only datacase can open big pdf file with images etc..

Thanks a lot guys but I'm still stuck with username and password for AppsStore.but after 12 hours searching i finally bump into this apps called FilemarkMaker. FilemarkMaker is a free Mac only application that converts a file into a bookmark by just drag and drop your file into the FilemarkMaker application (this will open a page in Safari).Click the link, bookmark it, then sync your iPhone (make sure you've selected Sync Bookmarks in Info).Open from your iPhone.. It saves files literally within the URL of a bookmark, allowing you to open the bookmark in Safari on the iPhone and view high res images, text files including .doc, and PDFs easily.finally my problem solve for a while and still hoping for cydia to come up with apps that more easier because those apps really help during my exam.

just to share, wedict for 2.0 might corrupt if u place em' in any categories folder that u create but its from my experience. dunno bout others
