Why do you want to make CoD4 like CS? they are 2 different games, if you want to attract CS gamers, attract them with the uniqueness of CoD4, or else we might else play CS source. Dont you think its abit boring, playing every game like CS? imagine playing any multiplayer FPS like CS. Boring ??

there's no need to discuss about, just ******* change the ******* R&R, use yr brain la, if wan to closer to cs just make 2 competitions for cs, u're spoiler of COD4, no offence, it's just what alot of ppl say about tis R&R.

now now,lets not get too angry bout this. he's just voicing out his opinion on the international rules. Anyway rules and reg is set by majority so this is how much we can say.

international rules or malaysian rules, a good player nvr complains about it but just adapt to it and be the best of it.

k sorry boss. i just too angry about this, how come from cod change to cs? we're already prepared for the tournie but suddenly changed like this, of course we're angry. we're all still newbie, this is our first competition, so we do not want this competition make a bad impression from us toward cod tournies. that's all...

I understand how you all feel. I myself am not a COD4 player. Actually fyi im a starcraft player. But i have COD4 players in the organising committee. we will come up with a decision and let all of you know. please be patient with us as we too have other problems on our hands.

i already said tat is my point of view about rulesets i wasnt pushing for either ruleset and saying from a neutral point of view about the international ruleset, what is with the offensive reaction.

Whichever ruleset that will be implemented, let's enjoy and make this tournament a fun and sucessful one so the other organisers can notice cod4 and host even more tournament for the community. Let's not get too upset about it.

i dislike bout cannot use uav in snd and i dislike bout cannot use explosive material..such as claymore and C4. and i dislike cos its not in hardcore mode..
the reason : 2 tourney alrdy been held and it using custom rules..so we alrdy trained to use certain perks and some of us most pro in plating c4 and claymore on certain places. i bet some ppl spending more than 5 hours per day training their sniping skills with no sniper fix..so its unfair if u guys using promod in this tourney.

i kept wondering..why international tourney use this rules????? attract more cs player to cod? what are they trying to prove?
call of duty is call of duty..and counter strike is counter strike...
why cant we change rules in battlefield 2142 and make it looks like cs??cannot?why?dont take the uniqueness of cod4 from it.
think logic.

If u wish to seek further assistance regarding Cod4, u can always speak to my leader, brian which is also the founders of ESP. He has most experience when it comes to rules and reg and i haf no doubts in my suggestion. Most of you guys in the msia cod4 community shud know who he is rite? so if there's anything you guys need to seek for advice, im very sure he'll be please to help.

As for me personally, i've played both international rules and malaysian rules and i'm alrite with the rules and reg. But in international rules and reg, there's no gun sway which makes it imbalance whereby the origin of the game is taken away. Cod4 shows a more realistic game play and creates a war-like view.

Not tryin to be one-sided but Cod4 is more realistic whereby guns actually recoil and as for snipers the gun sways. taking away the gun sway enables players to aim easily. for example, snipers has to hold their breathe to focus their aim. but they cant hold it forever which actually forces the sniper to catch their breathe and then do the same. a realistic game.

As u have seen, most players do not agree to the international rules bcos it takes the game play away out of Cod4. For instance,
Perk 1 : Bomb squad, 3x frag, 3x special grenade, RPG, C4, claymores, Bandolier.

As it is, rules said we're only allowed to have Bandolier alone. Meaning just more bullets. 3x frags, and 3x special grenades, i understand why we ban it bcos of players abusing it. but why ban RPG, C4 and Claymores? this 3 perks actually takes skills to use it.

Players have to think twice while playing on moving to certain areas whereby claymores have been planted or C4 is pasted on the wall.
It creates a different gameplay than just a normal FPS game.

Having a SnD game only is just like another CS game-like format. The last time b4 u guys changed the rules and reg, there was still 4 maps to play.

Bloc - Domination
Backlot- SnD (hardcore)
Overgrown- Headquarters
Crash- TDM

These game play basically makes Cod4 more interesting, whereby in Bloc,teams requires teamwork to work together to capture 3 flags in order to gain more points. For those who r new, do watch blitzone's replays on domination. its pretty interesting if u guys watch it.

As for SnD in backlot which is hardcore, also requires teamwork, and based-instinct. There's no mini map to see and it only takes 1 shot to kill. Realistic and yet tactical. Player killing 3 opponents enable them to have an advantage of using the UAV revealing opponents position. this makes the game exciting yet challenging.

As for the rest, im kinda getting tired to write all these but i come to a conclusion, i would like to see our old rules back again. And i would like to see foreign countries using our rules & reg to compete. Its something new thus exciting.
