Senang bro. You can eat, but try to eat in smaller portion, but separate into 5 meals instead of 3. That is to train your metabolism to burn faster I think. Any other sifu can helps explaining? Haha

bro emino can tell me your daily routine workout to get abs like yours? my body similar as yours when u just started to build up your body in 2008 just that i got extra perut (buncit lol). i tried to get rid of it but so susah la. so far i only manage to shape my upper abs. so wanna ask u how to get that flat shappy tummy notworthy.gif

No matter how you work out if you neglect your diet it wont matter, because as long as the layer of fat is still there, no abs for you.

My current abs workout consist of:

Abs wheel
Crunches
Hanging leg raise
Hanging leg wiper

Anyway, diet is the most important thing. And you'll also benefit from some fat burning exercises such as jogging, swimming and cycling.

looks like i need to starts to jog again. sweat.gif since i don't go to gym and don't have any gym equipment at home the only exercise i can think of are crunches, push up and some other light exercise.haha.

Those are strength training. For abs, fat reduction is a must. smile.gif

1st time in ur tered.. job well done.. will start my regime soon after puasa... getting my weight down 1st.. used to be 90kg!! and im 162m after 3 years managed to get it down to 69 kg .. finally starting to see my abs..

btw which gym to go to? equipment looks nice

2nd week of Ramadhan. So far so good. Managed to reduce weight loss to acceptable level.

I've been searching around on how "transformation" begin for a skinny guy like and what I found were all those who actually have muscles intact before starting their program or the super skinnies that used AAS tongue.gif WEll you're the best one I'd found in the Internet (around the same age , height , weight and maybe genetics tongue.gif )

Well I'm about to start my own and can I tumpang post my initial body picture here ? just for reference lol haha
