bro emino can tell me your daily routine workout to get abs like yours? my body similar as yours when u just started to build up your body in 2008 just that i got extra perut (buncit lol). i tried to get rid of it but so susah la. so far i only manage to shape my upper abs. so wanna ask u how to get that flat shappy tummy

1st time in ur tered.. job well done.. will start my regime soon after puasa... getting my weight down 1st.. used to be 90kg!! and im 162m after 3 years managed to get it down to 69 kg .. finally starting to see my abs..
btw which gym to go to? equipment looks nice |

I've been searching around on how "transformation" begin for a skinny guy like and what I found were all those who actually have muscles intact before starting their program or the super skinnies that used AAS Well I'm about to start my own and can I tumpang post my initial body picture here ? just for reference lol haha |
