i'm just wondering how many time do you drink your special blend of home-made protein supplement ? you drink before workout or after workout ?

After workout. But I heard supplements works best if they were taken in between meal as well.

Cant say without looking at your gut first bro. For me a bit easy. Puasa sehari dah boleh nampak.

If you want in 3 weeks, you cant eat any carbs. No carbs, try vegetarian food with some chickens and lean protein food with a few of calorie burning cardio activities daily. Then I think possible la.
