bro emino can tell me your daily routine workout to get abs like yours? my body similar as yours when u just started to build up your body in 2008 just that i got extra perut (buncit lol). i tried to get rid of it but so susah la. so far i only manage to shape my upper abs. so wanna ask u how to get that flat shappy tummy notworthy.gif

looks like i need to starts to jog again. sweat.gif since i don't go to gym and don't have any gym equipment at home the only exercise i can think of are crunches, push up and some other light exercise.haha.
