5 years is just fine. Most people would have change their phones in 3 years time. Imagine the screen quality and the power it saves, it will justify.

yup its true, i don't think any of my old phones were with me for 5 years..
hmm, maybe my 6510 which i have given to my dad which he still uses..

I notice some youtube video or music which i download and save in my memory card is a bit corrupted.

when listen or play it, i can notice its cracked. like there will be certain "hang" or stop for 1~2 seconds

when i direct stream listen from web, its pretty good ... only the quality drop after i copy to my microSD

Most of my phones lasted 3-4 years the most before other serious problems crop out which can't be repaired or costly to be repaired.

izzit u change edi ur themes?i encountered dis problem b4 since i change themes...try restart if problem still on den the themes might effect ur multimedia keys...
so change another themes will be fine...
beside that its not jus theme,mayb installed some pluggins or some software which effect too(sisx)...
try remove it

Anyone know where I can get a good screen protector for my N82? The screen protector from Martin Fields looks promising and has gotten rave reviews but cost around RM60 to buy it from their website.

I also have heard people getting the screen protector for the iphone and cutting it to the N82 screen size. Would prefer something that comes in a package that protects the screen as well as some parts of the phone especially the back from scratches.

Why not keep ur original screen protector first???

My friend has one for his N95 8GB, it's very good but he ordered it from a bulk online in Singapore. So i was wondering if any of you guys know where I could get one around in KL?

You can try getting from Renee at RM6, not some kind of those ultra super protector, just a normal protector but it covers almost everything from the screen, keypad, and back. I'm using it, but the upper back part went missing for no reason, so only the screen, keypad and battery cover is protected now. You may want to try since it's not too expensive.

about this question,i found tat if u press the right softkey (close) to close it ,then the multimedia key will not function again,to close it ,press again the multimedia key .but sometimes if when i borrow to fren,they wrong press the 'close'' button,then i have to restart again lor, correct me if i am wrong

quite normal actually, the video will lag for one or two seconds, I am using a 4gb microSDHC class 4, nothing different from those normal microsd. so there is nothing wrong with ur microSD.

mine got dead pixel which distort 1/3 of the screen

When I online streaming it is very smooth ...

After i copy to memory card, the video/music will keep lag lag lag ... like play 30 seconds, it will 'hang' or 'stop' for 1 or 2 seconds then continue again.
Then i copy the music/video to my pc via card reader, the music also seem corrupted where it will hang or stop ...

Only notice it happend quite often recently ...

do you think maybe its yr memory card problem? seems like it to me,try putting in a new memory card and see how.

ya, can be memory card....

but no such thing as saving downloading stuff and quality goes lower
