Goto Page 1 in N82 V3 thread and start reading all the posts (including quotes/spoilers), Just read the first page is enough to start. You want want to read the external links provided.

Once done, come back here and tell us which Post # and sub-category which guides you on how to install GMXT and MSM. You may need to PM the TS for more exact installation steps wink.gif

Start step by step. FYI, the postings in first page is a collection of useful info since V1 and V2. A lot of sweat by N82 users who shares and make an effort to appreciate and read it. smile.gif

It's not easy to be TS. Need to often read each post, check PM box and update the thread. sweat.gif
Hence, you may notice V1, V2, V3 and maybe V4 will have different TS as it needs online commitment.

doesnt need to go into Gamin folder.

Luckily I have not deleted everything and re-install my Garmin yet before reading this post. No wonder the one inside the Garmin folder says V4 when I have updated. Thanks for the tip thumbup.gif

other than wat cute_boboi said, try to search in other forums b4 askin
imo, the guide in the first page is very insufficient as the rules of LYN do not allow
after following those steps and still not successful, then ask here rclxms.gif

Nokia N82 is a great phone.
i'm using it for GPS (garmin) , gaming (ngage, snes, nes, gba, java) , Office (quickoffice 5, adobe PDF) , webcam (mobiola webcam) , flv player (coreplayer 1.2.5) , camera (5MP with xenon flash) , music (no comment) , online (opera mobile, wifi G!!!).
so far, the phone never disappointed me. love this phone. biggrin.gif

Still no update for my product code. I guess it's fine since there's nothing much in v30, while risking bricking the phone and loses the ability to ahem it.
