Subscribed to celcom broadband basic 68 with Huawei E220 modem.

Damn, my area only can get GPRS and connected with 56.8+ something.

So slow and like dial up...... Raining will affect slow connection?

well... you cant download from rapidshare unless you got premium account, because all the celcom user are sharing the same ip, you will surely get the warning that say you already downloading a file

Maybe you could disconnect your modem and wait for a while only let it connect again, just to change the IP address. Sometimes certain IP is blocked, like my previous case. smile.gif

Erm. Could be your area is under maintenance. hmm.gif

Well, very subjective as it depends on coverage and traffic. If the coverage is good and less user traffic, of course you could get good speed. smile.gif That day tried Rapidshare (non-premium account), was lucky nobody on the same IP as mine was downloading file, could shoot up to 150kB/s. smile.gif
