I manage to get good promo at the previous PC Fair. Pay RM300 upfont via credit card and get RM-408 in my celcom bill. They will deduct RM68 every month. Now already more than 6 months. They will bill RM68 without 5 % goverment tax. Is it free from governmet tax for all internet broadband same like streamyx also no 5 % tax?

I suggest you bring your bills to Celcom office to clarify the matter. Don't bother to talk to CS via phone (they normally don't give you the correct answer).
Theoretically, you should not be charge any cent for using GPRS on D68.
FYI, I also used GPRS on D68 before (few months back), but no charges on usage.

yeah bro. we shared the same IP all celcom users. thus, it makes downloading file from rapidshare is quite impossible unless u willing to wait for the new download ticket and hope that no other user are doing the same thing too

but the thing is, IF u have a very good connection and speed. premium account wont be that bad eh ?

Pls read my previous post. I've clarified for Celcom. You don't have to pay any charges that more than RM68 + 5% government tax because you're using D68 (unlimited internet usage).

The bill you shown is system error/dispute. You can either call careline 1111 (03-36308888 - local charges apply; 100 from your fix line) to request for a rebate case or if you are convenience to proceed to branch, you can do so too. But they are still doing the same thing which is create a case for you where you have to wait 3-7working days.

how did u register your celcom broadband in Celcom OCS? i thought data plan only cannot register since it cannot receive sms..if can, teach me how to do so?

My setup: D68 package at RM68, using huawei e220 usb modem

I just subscribed to this package end of last month. And i was wondering,

a) All i need to set up is the *99# and the APN, rite? The other settings just leave to auto???

b) The package is D68, meaning 384kbps, but the modem is HSPDA capable. So if at HSPDA area, will over the 384 limit???

c) What is the meaning of using 3g video call and mms will kena charged??? Let's say i wanna use msn video call or skype, does that charge me anything???

d) The limit 5GB. If i use rapidshare or bittorent, is this applicable to the limit?

e) The D68 comes with a simcard, rite? Let's say i wanna create an ad-hoc network, meaning internet sharing so that my sis's laptop in the other room can access, meaning to say 2laptops use one number to online, is this ok???

Hope someone can answer my questions above as im still new to broadband.

No. As a technical helpdesk in Celcom point of view, your speed won't exceed 384kbps.

D68/D98 is data only (internet access), no call/video call/mms can be made. MSN/Skype is NOT video call's function, that is a function in MSN/Skype where you can use it via internet.

5GB of your sent/receive bytes. rapidshare/bitcomet included.

You have to set your huawei e220 to a router whereby other comps can connect it via Wi-Fi.

Affected as in what? 5GB usage is your sent/receive bytes, from you get connected until you disconnect.

No. D68 = RM68 + 5% government charge ONLY, will never more than that. If is, then it is system error/dispute, you can claim rebate for that.
No matter how many comps you use for 1 D68, they're still connecting via the same line.
