I don't know if this is the appropriate thread to ask but I' going to London tomorrow and my mum wanted to pack nasi impit(sort of like cooked rice but in cubic shapes) in the bag. Will there be any problems upon arrival such as with customs or immigrations?

advise is not to.. but if you want to take, u have to take the risk of checked by custom and being blacklisted. some ppl are quite lucky by getting away from this. if this time is your first time passing uk immigration, my advice is not to. if u really want, u can put into checked-in luggage and wrap + seal properly, instead of hand-carry.

hye all,

im planing to visit a friend in Liverpool..
I got 2 question:

1)I’m using Airasia from KL to Stansted airport.
can anyone advice what is the best mode of transport from the airport to Liverpool? Also it would be nice if there's any tips in order to use that mode.. smile.gif

2) I be there for like 1 week+, is it enough to visit at least Manchester, Liverpool and London??
and does the transport cost between those city expensive?

intercity:
trains > national rail
busses > national express bus/megabus ect...

fastest would be trains but it would be quite expensive unless you book it early if you can book 3 months before then it would be usually the cheapest.

1 week for the 3 city is kinda tight unless you are happy to just have a short visit to the attractions and also provided you dont waste too much time getting lost.
