very common la dude..if you are using the car daily..i dun even bother on the chips..sooner or later it will be back...just don't follow lorry...and try to avoid those grass cutters..other than that..nothing much can do..unless u keep ya car in ya house whole year....

go visit a more reputable car detailer, make sure they do have the process of claying. the claying will remove those rought sand feeling.....those etch bird dropping you might need to polish them..then top up with wax...

meguairs one is around RM70..comes with quick detailing spray(lubricant)
soft99..only clay is around RM20.. best if you can get a blue clay in ENEOS...japanese brand..only the clay around RM60... do remember..different clay do have different rating for the abbrasiveness |

uncle sleepwalker..prepare to rinse ya car often...those zymol and carbauna based wax will attract dust like magnet..but the good thing is, they will give you good depth shine
