anyone can give some pro and cons on Coating vs Regular Waxing?..

i maybe wrong at this, from what i heard those who did coatings, it seems they are having a hard time to remove the light scratches later..

I went to Sonax yesterday to get my car coat. I must say, I am really impressed with the end result. The whole process took more than 7 hours. They really putted in their time and effort to get my car paint protected. The guy called James Tan was really friendly.

how much? for what car?

i have this coating thing in my mind. since coating will bond to the paint and create a hard plastic shield. Assuming i do get scratches later(which it will for daily driven car), does using a paint cutter able to remove the coat? or i have to do sanding? ....

Assuming you did the coating, you'll need to machine polish to properly remove the coating layer. If the scratch is not too deep it might even not touch your paint smile.gif Thus the coating act as a protection shield, as you said
The coating lasts one year, with Warranty. We measure the presence of the coating by the water beading.

need a lot of water...if can put abit of car shampoo with water..then spray on to panel..then clay. very important to wash ur car first before u clay.
