gone to lowyat yesterday but couldnt find this camera....

Give up all the camera shops around there. Try other places. The cakes is really hot now...

I don't think they have stock there. Last time I went look all of the shops, just no for black one. Silver so many..

Does it fit nicely to the LX3 ? Cus it's designed for Ricoh machines no?

u need to modify b4 u place on LX3,Pudu Plaza is at the behind of times square...den u go 2nd floor and look for YL camera shop.

unlucky for me coz i only stay in kl for 1 day.......
didnt have the time to check elsewhere.....



btw the optical zoom for this camera is 2.5x rite......
can it still take picture from distance.......?


one more thing what is aperture....?

if you are willing to spend abit more. Jusco Home Center still has stock for black colour. Try Jusco Cheras Selatan. I just saw it yesterday. RM1799 though. dont know if u will get 10% voucher. but u can try.

come on guys, y so impatient? the camera will definitely restock since its so popular. i might even wait for some good user reviews or maybe a review from dpreview b4 i decide on getting it. and also keep in mind that, there is no point in upgrading everytime a new version comes out. Its all marketing gimmick..there is no one king of the king digicam...bcoz there wont be a perfect camera(in the not so distant future that is...)

Looks to me like the flaps will block the lens when u max ur zoom (the lens retracts closer to the body).
Would've been a nice mod though

How long it can keep the title of "king of kings" depends on the developers.
Seen photos from the G10 and I must say, personally, the Lx3 outperforms the G10.
