You guys notice each time we turn the Ignition Key On, there is a noise of the Fuel pump running for a second?

I usually does that, wait for 1sec after the fuel pump has stop then only I crank the engine.

Your problem might be or maybe insufficient fuel at the reservoir or somewhere, thus the engine cannot ignite.

It happen to my car but is very rare and very seldom... where you crank the engine but will not fire up.

I thought is was the ABS system pumping/calibrating the brakes sound.

sigh..

just now have problem starting my car..try few times then cannot start..

then wait a while then only can start back.(turn the key and accelerate) only can.

Any possible cause? my car is only 1 month old ler..

btw, do u guys always switch off the sound system , before turn off the car ?

i got the problem b4 even i changed to a bigger batt.....anyway..it is a intermittent la..very rare occurs but did occurs ones a while...wat u do is...slam on u accelerator pedal a few times..thn start it...it will be ok...

Btw there's no common setting for ACP as each engine do not has the exactly same charateristic...so setting with dyno is the best.
