Just abeit lor..not much..Nway Toyota so afraid of Honda and Nissan VVT until they have to buy Yamaha on year 2000 for their to make VVTi..

Last time when school time ride a Yamaha TZM, come with this 'Power Valve'. Just like Vtec when high RPM very shiok rempit until can reach 220kmh very easy...but when 'Power Valve' broke down your ride is just like normal kapchai..then summore cost to repair Power Valve going to be more than RM 4000..

I think you should start using the window, i scare if no use for too long will jammed or stucked.. let it exercise

I use to have a 95' Wira, every morning will wind down power window, for 8 years never spoilt before.. some more the power window is a Cable type.
Turn out the passenger side spoilt once.

I hope can see how our CPS power window looks like.

Last time my frens vios also, the seat belt jammed, cannot retract back and replace new one.

regardless u always use or seldom use....if it's wanna breakdown it will down. The design was a brilliant idea to reduce the external noise from entering interior, but they fails to study the plastic material weld line, if u take a closer look all the broken area is at the plasting welding line (plastic flow that joint at 1 point) and that is area located at motor planted place. Awful study on that.

Added on December 17, 2008, 8:11 amwell it could be your mechanic did not fully drain off the ATF fluid. So since the dip stick shows it's sufficient then it's ok. Remember to check it again in the morning before start your car.

Off Topic here.. ya ya.. I like TZM but after heard the news.. i stayed away.

Do you know how to remove the door panel nice and easy.. I wanna check my power window bracket and put the A+B epoxy glue.

take out the internal hadle cover and remove 2 screws there. 1 small screw on the side of your door (on top of the door latch. 1 small screw under the cover of side mirror. After that need to pull it out. U need to search the holding area to easily remove the door panel at the bottom and it's nearby/about 5"-12" after the door light.

hv u heard the news that Proton doing quite well in Thailand.. maybe this is due to CPS engine, since they are the one who received the first CPS engine before the rest of the world.. Thailand has a lot of good tuners, so hopefully there will be some mod. scene for CPS engine in Thailand..

huh...i never aware that CPS do not have the door light. But it's not necessary la, furthermore the holder melt easily.

yyaaa loorr..today morning MRR2 at bandar tun razak...one van slam left n right devider n end up turn upside down in the middle of the devider...really like watching muvie....

just now have problem starting my car..try few times then cannot start..

then wait a while then only can start back.(turn the key and accelerate) only can.

Any possible cause? my car is only 1 month old ler..

i`ve always turnoff radio first b4 turn off engine....

I've the same problem before.. have it a few times but later the problem just gone away probably due to engine is too cold or or got some wires inside "kena" water (due to rain/mist) but since your car is totally new why not send it to SC for further checking...

ya..will send to them..but later they will test start and off engine, then they will tell me "see,where got problem?"...zzzzzzz...hate that..

If it happened a few times then ask the SC to check to service the throttle body when you send your car for 1st service... or just go to another SC..

aircon, HU, all lights is suggested to switch off when starting your engine.

You guys notice each time we turn the Ignition Key On, there is a noise of the Fuel pump running for a second?

I usually does that, wait for 1sec after the fuel pump has stop then only I crank the engine.

Your problem might be or maybe insufficient fuel at the reservoir or somewhere, thus the engine cannot ignite.

It happen to my car but is very rare and very seldom... where you crank the engine but will not fire up.
