Just remove the cat-con.. And install s-flow muffler... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

So loud lah my exhaust.. Want to put the bullet, but the foreman said, try this set up first, if too loud come again and add bullet. Still not pay for the muffler and the cat-con by pass thing... tongue.gif tongue.gif

So best lah 'tarik'.. More pick up. People around staring at traffic light.. Mean so loud lah ekk.. Hehhehe... Before this fc is 10L/1000km.. But after ride around, already 9.5L/100km... Not reset the fc, just check it..

Told you the sound will be louder. But the improvement is thumbup.gif

You've change to what brand s-flow? Can give picture? Sound should not be that loud compared with the stock muffler rite?

i) do both extractor and decat with bullet,
ii) Extractor first
iii) Decat with bullet

Yes, will put the bullet.. Not 'masuk' office today... tongue.gif Will go to the exhaust shop.. The muffler brand is MATOLA.. My gf 'bising' this mornig as one persona try to cucuk2 me.. So play2 lah in heavy traffic.. biggrin.gif Hak3, exhaust too loud man... Don't know if the shop have the 'improve' brand bullet.. Will take a pic... cool2.gif

hey guys wana ask when around 1100rpm-2000rpm...sometimes got rough sound (like big exhaust sound/lorry sound) and pedal abit vibration...but slam the front bonnet hard no sound...but after like crusing at speed at 80/90km long time..the sound is back...or high revving also do produce the rough sound...

it sound like not smooth..after 2000rpm..the sound back to normal like what other cars sounded.....slam the bonnet no sound d..

try to send 2 S.C dont know the problem...cant solve...

if dun have "improve" brand then look for Top Cat as 2nd choice. Remember to look for straight flow for lesser restriction.

yea...sometimes good in performance but loud, when v reduce the noise the performance drop a little.

Already install bullet.. Brand motola also... Not really straight one, swirl.. Good sound already, not too loud.. Sound like a man, not as stock sound... Already test performance tongue.gif ... 4th gear, 6.5k rpm, manage to get 170km/j on speedometer, and 160km/j on gps... Got road block at the end of "test track" Thanks god all of them sembang2 under the tree.. No one at the middle of the road... sweat.gif sweat.gif Current setup still have good pickup... Things to consider,
ICE - HU, amp, sub, speaker, DVD player, touch screen LCD, etc
Power - Spark plug, LCP, open pod air filter, engine management, LSD, short shifter,carbon fiber hood etc...
Handling - Fully adjustable suspension, all those bars, rollcage (?), sports tyres, etc..
Cosmetic - bodykits

anything else to add... brows.gif laugh.gif

LCP is only worth it when you have done other mod and still not satisfied with the power as it quite expensive for the hp gains.

ACP will let you adjust your power, whether pick up or top speed depend on your driving preference. No power increase, unless you get the lightweight one.

Hi-Cam, not available for CPS (yet). By using a higher cam you get more power at high rpm but less in low rpm, thats why CPS got two lobe which change with engine speed. Thus, theoretically you get the best of both world.

RM410 is consider reasonable, as i remember when i brought Top Cat s-flow for my gen2 it cost me RM320.

Alot of ppl claimed will lost top speed with LCP, but how on earth that LCP has to do with speed? Engine not depends on the momentum of LCP to move the piston and crank shaft, the combustion does. Correct? 1 thing is LCP won't give extra horsie, it's only lightened the crank shaft load. Thefore u'll feel better pickup. We have tested and confirmed LCP did not affect top speed.

ACP won't give extra horsie either, like sphiroth said it only shift our engine power band even it's lightened materials.

High cam is always refer to the degree of cam shaft, people said 268 (26.8 degree), 272 (27.2 degree), 278 (27.8 Degree) is the lobe degree. Higher degree means longer valve opening for intake and exhaust.

btw, if u plan to get high cam then a piggyback is a must to alter the A/F ratio. Else you won't enjoy much performance from high cam alone.

S-flow muffler is more expensive than straight flow. Here (BP), the price varies between 400 to 550.
