Haven't checked this thread in ages. 550K for SW? do you know the size and block? I've got one there phase 2 @ 1008sq/ft

Don't shout to much first.. 1008 should be around 450K (My 2 C) tongue.gif .. Already high price... But looking at the shops area last visit, really nice the environment there..

My friend wanted to sell his Wawasan1 20x70 (1400sq.ft),built up 2xxx sq.ft, landed freehold,facing field...

Are these the row of houses that were sinking due to the foundation work in SW?
Some of the houses are in very bad shape and neglected since then...

I thought i read somewhere SPS bought over those affected houses, so basically it belongs to SPS now, just not sure what they gonna do with it, leave it abandoned?

No compensation paid, or your friend did not want to accept it? I read it from another forum some of the affected owners got paid huge sum.. unsure.gif

Those effect are jalan wawasan 1/1 and 1/2. the row side by side Setia Walk project...this 1/3 are facing field/play ground there..look at the google map,and u will understand what i mean.it very difficult to talk here where most of ppl just heard speculation... tongue.gif

Wawasan 1/3 doesn't seem to be affected - it's the furthest away from the Setia Walk site. But as far as I can tell, all the houses in Wawasan 1/2 are still occupied. I know for a fact properties in Wawasan 2 have appreciated a lot. Going for RM280K three years ago, now the asking price is touching RM500K. No idea how Wawasan 1 fares in this respect.

figure urself..is still much cheaper if compare SetiaWalk with wawasan landed freehold.
