My friend wanted to sell his Wawasan1 20x70 (1400sq.ft),built up 2xxx sq.ft, landed freehold,facing field...

I thought i read somewhere SPS bought over those affected houses, so basically it belongs to SPS now, just not sure what they gonna do with it, leave it abandoned? |

Those effect are jalan wawasan 1/1 and 1/2. the row side by side Setia Walk project...this 1/3 are facing field/play ground there..look at the google map,and u will understand what i mean.it very difficult to talk here where most of ppl just heard speculation... |

Wawasan 1/3 doesn't seem to be affected - it's the furthest away from the Setia Walk site. But as far as I can tell, all the houses in Wawasan 1/2 are still occupied. I know for a fact properties in Wawasan 2 have appreciated a lot. Going for RM280K three years ago, now the asking price is touching RM500K. No idea how Wawasan 1 fares in this respect.

figure urself..is still much cheaper if compare SetiaWalk with wawasan landed freehold.
