If Setia Walk is managed properly (tenant mix), and adding that PFCC all 5 blocks (RIMA, Offices & IOI Hotel) are ready, the chances to over take IOI as centre of Puchong is very high.

Agree with UFO bro, in fact I think the need for good hangout place in Puchong is so chronic that it's gonna take some effort from SPS to screw things up. Cant wait to take a peek at the real thing ^^

actually a lot of banks are BOTH in puchong jaya and bdr puteri alrdy... i dont understand if they going to open 3rd branch so near to each other?

anyway, Cold Storage or whatever Jaya Grocer etc should be in by now... its a pain looking for alternative food ingredients in Puchong...

maybe they will close on of them and open here in SW. Then there will be traffic congestion like what it is happening in Puchong Jaya and Puteri now ...

Open a bank branch that need to cater for 1000++ unit of household + few hundred of commercial units, why not?
They access the population of that area and markets demands before open the branch,
My own view, more bank's branch the area have, more 'ONG' the area are.

Of course no consent fr SPS.
1st owner can sell by signing new spa, 10% collected, remaining 90% if after CCC (the execution of transfer will be done after the CCC)
Many sellers are not aware of it, thought can receive 100% prior to the completion of the project.

However the advantage of disposing the unit (even though collect 10% only) is can secure another loan.
