Guys, have u heard of this new project development : 30 units of Link Villa and 2 blocks of 22 storey condominium+ 9 Storey Car Park (31 Storey).
Total units : 30 + 316 (condo unit) = 346 units
This project is squeeze in a very small land and
slope, near bomba station in wawasan.
That's crazy....!!!

Will be interesting if this proj will be approved by MPSJ

There is also waste treatment plant (INDAH WATER) on the same piece of land. Unless the condo is build over the plant just like the Atrium in Cheras..
