for sure is not free parking lot. prime land at ioi boulevard public bank behind also got one 3 storey car park with shops at ground level. it could be similar concept but with more shops. car park is good revenue because daily cash count and very cheap maintenance.

sime darby so? doesnt mean they must build something on top only can earn money. they can play partnership with other developer what. in future the lrt will be there. the train sound that commutes daily will be very very uncomfortable if they plan for residential. the only potential building i can see is something like kl sentral.

Good news for Jusco and Giant then. Don't expect the existing clients to go all the way to Bukit Puchong.

Guys, have u heard of this new project development : 30 units of Link Villa and 2 blocks of 22 storey condominium+ 9 Storey Car Park (31 Storey).
Total units : 30 + 316 (condo unit) = 346 units
This project is squeeze in a very small land and
slope, near bomba station in wawasan.
That's crazy....!!!
