tried last time the ipcc file. got an unknown error.. after fresh install the iphone 2.2.1 same also.. guess i'll just leave it to the default crappy "MY..."

You can always use the MYMAXIS.zip on the first post and place those folders to the right folders if your iPhone is jailbroken.

Oh man... why didnt i notice it lol. It was right at the bottom!
Now it's really a 2 second job. Don't bother SSH-ing, doing with iTunes is the way.

Yes you can. Download the MYMAXIS.zip file on the first post. Select root folder(bottom left screen) in DiskAid and proceed to copy the MYMAXIS.bundle and 50212 folders to the directory as stated on the first post.

i am done with creating carrier logo's. I removed mine. Unfortunately i did not do a plist backup and now my My Celcom original logo is not scrolling. Can someone please upload original file for me and advice how to get it scrolling back again

i have this problem at 1st using itunes 8.2 no other option and only can chose .ipsw extension. then i try it on itunes 8.1 it appears to have ipsw and ipcc. so i got mine done with itunes 8.1

the maxis logo alignment macam run a bit i think is because of the signal bar alignment

Hey i dont think the ipcc method works on itunes 8.2 or maybe fw 3.0
i press option + click the ipcc file is shaded and i cant select it..
Havent tried the manual way though..

you need to do the following step to "turn on" the ipcc selection.
btw DO NOT USE the custom logo uploaded on 1st thread it's outdated
Windows 2000/XP/Vista (32-bit):

1. Go to Start -> Run (
2. type in "command" and hit enter
3. Type/copy+paste this into the command console that comes up: "C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe" /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1
4. Hit enter

Does custom operator logo still able to apply on itunes 8.2 or OS 3.0 ?

I believe some forummers reported that U won't be able to use MMS or Internet Tethering if U use the custom logos;

for mac


1. Close iTunes if it is open
2. Start Terminal (Applications > Utilities)
3. Run the following command: defaults write com.apple.iTunes carrier-testing -bool TRUE

right now wait for the new ipcc 1st.

not working for 3.0.
