Hi, the 'main brain' has been malfunction and change in the past but I forget the exact time of replace.
Now, is the second time it malfunction (different problem).

Is it possible that I discontinue to use the water filter system? Can I get refund by returning it to Amway? What can I do about it?

best to drink direct from espring, if u want hot water, get a thermo pot. 30s can get hot water.

yup. ceramic filter cant filter food coloring. only reverese osmosis can.

i am looking for outdoor water filter to be used at my apartment. which the normal POE would not fit the area and i can say that the management won't allow it.

the alternative is to go with smaller version of 3M AP 902 - like water filter. however i am in a tight budget situation, just wondering, is there any other brand that carry the similar size filter as 3M with cheaper price?
