I've seen bargain-bin packs of D batteries selling at $3 bucks a pack of 2, so 6 x D will set you back at most $9. Don't buy those ultra-power ones that cost $12-$15 a pack of 2, waste of money.

If you really got no cash, just use the bolt-action and fire one round at a time, save money + can exercise too.

Ya oh, lucky that vulcan still can manual reload, if not, I'm won't try to get it

Previously want to buy those recharge battery but cost of the battery+charger can get another vulcan already.....

These few day I got search the recharge battery for the D size, those price are...... damn heavy for me and I read the GP chrage info... charge 15 hour.... is it I see wrong info there?

that's normal, cheaper chargers takes longer to charge.

GP's quick charger is good enough, ~8-10hrs. just don't take the ~5hrs charger, those usually shorten battery life.

anyway, back on topic, can't we modify the vulcan to accept DC adapters? i think it's possible. 6 D-batt is just not worth it.

Anybody else seen the Vulcans at the other TRUs? I stay in JB so i'm hoping the Jusco one here has them.
