Wooo! Finally... A Nerf thread! I got my Longshot amd Maverick last year from ebay. Here it is:


Both also not automatic, though i REALLY REALLY love how you reload the longshot. bolt action like real sniper.

Also, I didnt see anyone post the pic of the Nerf Vulcan. So here it is. Damn syok wei.....


- Fully Automatic - check!
- 25 chain fed bullets - check!
- 6 D batteries - check!
- Tripod - check!

But one thing though... this thing gonna be a killer to reload. hahahaha!

i really feel like getting one of this man...damn cool those blaster....maybe for a starter will get a maverick...

- getting 6 barreled cool looking dart gun..............RM35 
- getting extra micro darts...................................RM30 
- going to midvalley's TRU.................................FREE (got a meeting there today) 
- hearing the powerful thud of the darts hitting something flat..........priceless 
- NOT having to get up to pick the darts after every sixth shot.........priceless 

so conclusion:

your six rotating barrels mean nothing without spare ammo  .

i will soon continue with the drilling and half-way barrel mod. pictures later  .

I only have two at the current moment; Recon CS-6 and the Secret Strike. Don't plan on getting any at the moment.
I have some good recommendations for you guys if you want POWER( as in PAIN ). Hehe...

These Air Blasters are sort of Nerf rip offs. I have only played with the Double Shot and Rapid Fire. I am not sure about the prices of them in Malaysia, but if I remember the Double Shot Blaster cost about SGD21.90 and SGD29.90 for the Rapid Fire.

In a way, its much better than a Nerf: Its more powerful, fast reloading times, good range AND SHELLS! The DARTS HAVE PLASTIC SHELLS!   

Refills are available in six darts or eight darts per pack I think. They come with the same number of shells as the darts. I have not seen any clips for the Rapid Fire yet though.

I am not sure about the availability of the blasters in Malaysia, but I have seen some Double Shot Blasters around in TRUs. Rapid Fire's are hard to find. They are easily found in TRU SG I think.
Oh man... These are just frigging awesome. The range and POWER.

I'm going down to buy soon, does anyone know if the Nerf Vulcan sold at Isetan are the Standard version or the Value Pack (VP) version?

The difference between the two versions is the Value Pack (VP) version comes with an extra 25-dart belt + ammo and a shoulder strap. The box is also wider, there is an additional green "super value" section on the right side of the box.

Most of my friends in SG ship over our Nerf guns via one of the USA shipping agents. I have used various shipping agents like vPost, ComGateway (depending on their shipping prices)... lately i've been using BorderLinx (Citibank/DHL service).

M'sia has vPost too, https://www.vpostasia.com/malaysia/index.html, can check out their service. Maybe you can find others in your local area to share the order shipment and save abit of shipping cost (though the savings is not much actually).

Once you register an account with any of these USA shipping agents, they will supply you with a USA address, you can then proceed to purchase your Nerf stuff from hasbrotoyshop.com or amazon.com (or any online shop) which will ship the boxes to that USA Address, then the shipping agent will ship everything over to your home address in M'sia.

I believe there are probably a few other USA shipping agents in m'sia that might have competitive shipping rates too, so do check around.

Well, if you are talking about whether the items will arrive intact, it'll depend on your USA shipping agent, if you go with a reputable company you can be assured it'll arrive intact, if not, the shipping insurance will cover it.

If you are wondering about customs, there should not be any problems 'cos Nerf guns are already sold in toy shops everywhere anyways, so definitely legal.

James told me last night that he actually brought in limited units of Longshot several months ago but it was sold out immediately... He has forgotten that I wanted one too...

But he told me not to fret, Hasbro M'sia actually has Longshot in stock now, they just haven't distributed it out yet... So, I guess we should be able to see Longshot in store shelves soon...
