the nite finder is said to be better than the maverick in some ways. Maverick is the average in my opinion. Still have yet to get this two sidearms.

so conclusion:

your six rotating barrels means nothing without spare ammo  .

i will soon continue with the drilling and half-way barrel mod. pictures later  .

The Maverick tops most of the guns. Haven't tried the NFinder yet. The Vulcan seems pretty weak though, its just fun to have lol.

I am not one for modding nerf guns. I am happy with how they are.

The longshot is a "must have". I've removed the AR and bi-pod. Now thingking of doing the blaster integration mod just like below

anyone tried modding their bullets to increase range/accuracy/etc?

Unfortunately, the new Yellow Longshot will cost the same as the current blue one RM149.90

I suggest don't who haven't the blue one get it now. The yellow ones only come with one clip and 6 darts whereas the blue ones comes with two clips and 12 darts.

On your Longshot review: It certainly looks very awesome! Now we can buy many accessories to put on without it looking too funny. Hehe, the yellow really looks cool man...

Next question - has anyone found out where to get CS-6 clips locally? I just got my Recon and I'm surprised to only have 1 clip.

I have 11 streamline magazines in my stockpile now. 1 from my CS6 Recon, 2 from my Longshot and 8 from the magazine pack that came with 10 darts, plus the 30 streamline darts pack. 

Added the Nite Finder spring to my Longshot this morning, AR removed, reinforced the plunger rubber washer. Awesome! 
AR removed from my Recon too, increase in range but not as good as the Longshot.

Ok some test range done in my office. From where I stood to the end of the wall was approx. 16m (52.5 feet).

The Longshot: all the darts hit the wall and bounced back 

The Recon with the front attachment: Average was 12m (39 feet)
The Recon without front attachment: Hit the wall but the bounce were not as hard as the Longshot, still.. 

just want to know, when modding remove Maverick AR, do you guys cut the long "+" dart holder ? I mean the long plastic which is like "+" for holding dart inside there.

Anyone tried the straw mode on the Maverick? I have done mine but the result is not good, the range is shorter. Anyone encounter this prob?

zeroglyph, you got mod cs-6 for remove AR is it? Do you drill a big hole there or just punch out the AR then close back ?
