basically oversea transaction rate is determined by the Rate publish by Visa n Master.

i dun know about voucer thing, but im sure, the annual fees of Citibank Air Asia is not waivable.

u shd use the credit card which never got the late payment record when apply for it.

btw, u also can try to ask from the credit card agent who based in the IKEA, ask them why ur application fail. they shd be able to tell u why.

yeah, just now walk through the process of payment via M2U, all my bills now can pay by MBB Credit card instead of saving account.

there got option which account to pay, either saving account or credit card.

going to test it out, when my bill is due.

guys / gals,

guess what i saw just now, the Shell Station Damansara Heights got put up 1 notice at 1 specific pump just for the Shell Citibank Credit Card usage, other cards need to go to other pumps. sweat.gif
