Hello. I am 18 years old this year. I am just SPM and wanted to go Japan in April. As I know, for jobless and no money people like me...Is VERY HARD to get Japan visa. I heard it need employment letter ( need high salary ) and Bank statement. I also heard Japan always block those ( like me ) to go Japan especially single and go alone......HELP!!!! I want go Japan T.T

If i want to go to Japan..............how easy for me to get visa if i am alone?

Although i am alone.......but then, if i provide confirmed return ticket, sufficient funds, hotels and daily itinerary.............is it easy for me to get the visa even though i am going to travel to Japan alone?

Lxf2, chances are you won't get your visa if you're going alone in your current situation. You can ask your FAMA fund to bank in 100k cash into ur account, provide you with a credit card and they become your guarantor

My name is Man....I'm going to Osaka, Japan under JICA EPP program Malaysia-Japan from 18Jan-7Feb..I really need ur help based on the questions below..

1) forecast weather for Osaka basically from 0 -8 degrees celcius...WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?...i surf the internet and i find some information about long johns, hat, glove, sweater and so on....

so....please anybody of u explain more about those clothes...I mean....I will buying it before 18Jan ...help me before I wrongly buy these clothes and become freezing in Japan.
get a good jacket. long john is not needed if you are going to spend most of your time inside building. I survived outside environment during snow/winter, 1 jacket, 1 wool shirt and jeans. ok la...tp still sejuk but u won't died of freezing
2) Time travel.....if I'm not mistaken..I will travel by MAS......but I don't have any information about the travelling hour..so how many hour the time taken travel to Japan..Osaka?

3) communication.....do MAXIS and CELCOM can be used in Japan..I mean roaming or whatever..
yes you can roam, but only if you phone and simcard is 3G
4) What are the places I should take note if I'm going to buy cheap and reliable clothes during my three weeks there?

3 weeks? RM2,000 or 50K yen should be enough if you are just eating to survive.
hope u all can help me.....this is my first time going to Japan.....If you all like to take me jalan2 there during weekends or like to 'pesan barang' from malaysia...you can ask me but in one condition......u will take ur barang at JICA, Osaka la cause i don't know how to go to your places...by the way...if not expensive I can use my money first.

I just called japan Embassy in Malaysia and they said that I need at least Rm6k in my bank account to apply for visa.Its it for each one of us who travel to Japan or for the whole group? Dam...i have a secure job here but still need Rm6k in my bank account? Already bought a return ticket but still have to show them ah?Damn.....
