Thanks for the guide, guys. I hope to visit Tokyo by March-April 09, in time for sakura  tongue.gif

If just using Yamanote Line, isn't Japan East Rail Pass more worth it ? The JR Pass is 28.8k yen !!  wacko.gif

Bro, here's more that you can try icon_rolleyes.gif
--> http://hotel.tokyogigguide.com/ikebukuro.html

Call all the ones on "Near Ikebukuro Station".
But if all of them don't have rooms, then you try the rest in that list nod.gif

If you're not visiting anywhere else besides Tokyo, then don't bother buying any rail pass cause it won't be worth it.
JR Yamanote line is one of the cheapest so you can just buy the ticket to your desired station. They start from 130 JPY to about 250 JPY (depending on the distance) so even if you take it 4 times in a day - the max it'll come out is only 1000 JPY.

You have to upload to Youtube, and then take the code from Youtube and paste it back here using the Youtube button:

CODE
[youtube]Code goes here[/youtube]

For example, this video -> http://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=8mCcxpw1sqc

You only need to take the "8mCcxpw1sqc" from that text and put in between the Youtube tags.
So it will be like:
CODE
[YOUTUBE]8mCcxpw1sqc[/YOUTUBE]

Which will give you this:

change locally, it might be hard to find a place that accepts ringgit.
