i see, that IR derives from Ingenieur, engineer auf deutsch. funny why ingenieur is used when BEM is a British legacy.

IR is an abbreviation for 2 words...Ir is short for 1 single word.

it makes a difference to an Ir.

no auto voltage? most AVRs are autovoltage.. but not sure about CD/BD decks from US..

yes...I just opened the box and looked at the back of the BD. 120V, no voltage selector. ish! blink.gif

the Ir title is professional engineer registered with IEM (Institute of Engineers Malaysia)
with Board of Engineers carries the title 'PEng'

Chartered can only be entitled through UK
