Why not u try yourself bro ? Try using catalyst's Overdrive and use the auto tune feature. Its there for a reason you know

Meaning bottlenecked by the processor, with faster processor you're gonna get higher fps.

9.x series of Catalyst are crappier than 8.x series indeed, but that would help to give rough idea of how far your card can go. Very useful for starters as they might confused while using rivatuner as its a bit more complicated.

i dont really trust CCC... auto tune stable but 3dmark fail... my advise try auto tune 1st, then test on 3dmark vantage to c whether stable or not
