wow....blardy....i extracted my bios out using gpu-z and loaded the bios into atiwinflash....great....the card died on me....cant even boot up....not even into bios....so i gotta send back to shop and ask for a change...whoever this is flashing shit is fun to play with...think again....better be well prepared that ur card might give up on u

the better is using atiflash in dos mode.low risky than using in windows or if it's doesn't boot in display.boot using onboard vga or pci vga and return flash using atiflash command follow by ur id card in dos

Guys, want ask ar, when i'm doing artifact scanning, I can hear my PSu making some weird noise.. like whistling or whinning? What does it mean? PSU overloaded? I'm using this huntkey 550w (ya i know.. not a branded or whatsoever). and running a gainward 4850 golden sample.

the sound only comes when I start the artifact scanning, happens in both ati tray tool and ati tool.

able to OC my gc at 690/1183 using twin turbo.. but donno stable or not.. OC using CCC auto tuner.. how to test stability? i play GRID ok je..

can clock through CCC aite? neway which one better? amd gpu clock tool or just CCC? i clock mine using CCC onli..

anyone tried 8.8 official and still can overclock pass 700? I got blank screen and everyone does

Hi, after observations I'm very sure the sound is coming from the PSU. I've found a few other cases on the internet. One of them is using a CM 700W PSU with 9800GX2 and he has the noise as well.

I don't know how to describe the noise but very much similiar to this, which I assume is probably the same case.

Taiko here who OCed their 4850, what kinda PSU are you guys using? Any noise when stressing the GPU to max?

using twin turbo? open or close case?

run atitool artifact scanning for at least 6hrs or Furmark for 6hrs see ur card got hang up or not. If furmark can pass, i think gaming also no prob la. Furmark run 100% GPU load, stress ur gpu until the max like how u squeeze the orange for its juice lolz.
