--1st... i didnt read all the post here... so my apologize if someone have ask the same question before...

--i wonder how can u all overclock HD4850... its already very ho0o0o0t... i cant touch my HD4850 when i play any 3d game in normal run...

--u guys use after market heat sink or wut???????

--yeah ... how the manufacture know that we already OC our part??? lets say i OC my VGA.. then its broken... can i still send it to manufacture to claim warranty... of coz i didnt tell the manufacture that i already OC it... huhuhu so its posible that they know?

They don't care as long as no vmod attached,no physical mod and damage then you can claim. laugh.gif

--i cant find it in Ipoh... sob sob...

--my hd4850 is very hot... 80-90c.... 0o0o0o like gonna melt...

--did anyone sell after market.... help help...

i heard i wont giv much noticeable improvement, just nice bling bling.
for RM 180, better get accelero s1 or twin turbo.

the temp you guys talking about is idle or at full load?

my 4850 at normal idle temp when not playing is around 55'C...
sounds ok right?

wah...idle at 45'C only ar? superb! but i think gainward's design quite good and they are able to keep the temp low, my previous gainward card also can reach about 45'C....

but now the asus wan cannot...

My 4850GS idles around 40C. Goes below 40C when I turn on the aircond. 700/1100 stock clock though.

^ You should search around the Gainward thread often to see the idling temp. Some guys were getting much better than mine without aircond!. Better get it quick cause apparently the price will be rising a little due to the currency exchange.

bro...order from lowyat la... seriously i think gainward's cooling design is much better than any of the cards available out there....

a bit regret i did not buy back gainward 4850 when i downgraded from gainward 4870 to 4850....
