I know its your duty to observe who are following/breaking the rules when they are using the track there. I dont see how a person can respect tamiya.I assumed that by using tamiya original parts,you'd only get the best experience when you are playing mini 4wd rather than using other brands.Moreover not everyone can fork the quantity of money to play this.Playing tamiya 'the proper way' in your definition means using all original tamiya parts to play and if you use other brand means its 'not proper/wrong'.
What i think is you should be more sporty and try to educate customers/people who use the track to obtain Tamiya parts and show/explain to them the advantages of using the original parts rather than to just shoo them away. This will make people have more interest and will be more willing to save and obtain the Tamiya parts because they know its not really about the money if they are concerned about performance than rather than using non-tamiya ones.
The tone you are implying here is like if you dont buy at my shop then you can GTFO and not use my track. I know its common to have an attitude like that because i've worked in the sales line for quite a long time and most of the people are like that. Be nice and i bet you will have more and more people coming to play Tamiya and getting the original parts,thus enhancing your sales/profits.

hahah the main thing is i dont care about profit so i can say what i want to say
if i want profit i will beg anyone to play and dont care what they play
well if u sit at the shop every weekend u will feel me some guys just come over the track and really make a fool of them self.
there are some regulars that use other brands at first but they are changing to tamiya i did not tell then off but there are some who really dont listen and think the track is thier fathers track.
even i myself had played audley before 3 months to be exact i buy all original audley parts to play at the audley track i even bring my own personal track to make it bigger and i never say tamiya good in front the others i just help them to improve their cars.
about the proper word.u open mamak people buy roti canai from other mamak eat in your place just ask for ais kosong i dont think that is proper and respect to u as an example which is the stuffs that are what i see most of the time.
i dont care where u buy as long as tamiya product all the guys know that.
about educating u can ask the guys here i teach or not.
long time ago when i was racing the better guys will not let u know what to do and what to use.
yeah and if there is no people playing i still get the same pay with less things to do especially after all had left all the rubbish left there is crazy they dont evan think of throwing the rubbish in the bin.no people play no rubbish less cleaning.
1 last thing we dont charge any amount of money to use the track.

Im not offended and neither not happy(erm,i dont have anything to be happy about as i dont own one yet ).
Anyway,I still dont get what you are saying?You mean you allow people to use the track regardless of what car/parts they use unless they do something which is against the rules such as vandalism, making noises, throwing rubbish etc?If it is then i may have judged you wrongly.

cant say that i'd miss these last 2-3 posting. personally, i'd respect the rules & regulation at any client & customers place. we'v to adhere their simple rules, even when we visited our friends' or foes' place. they also imply simple unwritten rules to their visitors. even though we do not realise it, most often we would imply to their simple rules i.e left our shoes at their doorways or steps, we'll ask whether we can smoke, we dont simply take anything from their fridge and so forth, we dont throw our cigarette butt on their carpets, we dont roam into their rooms when we wanted to pee, instead we'll ask for direction to the rest room.

i'm never a regular nor am i tamiyas diehard, but ever since i've been trying out my old cars at TU recently, i'll make sure its a tamiyas. its a simple rules of thumb, stargek main products is tamiya, the shop had tamiya logo all around. they specialise in tamiya products. so cant we at least speak their lingo? talk & play tamiya. after all, why cant we in this small community agree on something simple? play & have fun with our tamiya toys at the tamiya track?

am sorry if i step on anybody toes, this is my personal opinion. i do hope we can agree on this simple tags ORIGINAL TAMIYA CARS AND PARTS ONLY.
