no problem , welcome to the thread by the way... we're having a race on the 7th june... modified car with limitations like only alkaline batteries , 3 pairs of plastic rollers (in total 6 rollers) , can use ball bearing on wheels and gears.. other rules check page 79 and remember tamiya ms-pro only..

hey angel86 , welcome to the thread.. im gabz.. where did you hear such rumor? T.U provides free track for mini 4wd. T.U is the only sole distributor and location for mini 4wd so come here and have a look.

my car is going to be just like mini4wd's white angel setting except the large head stabilizers.

no problem... glad to help. quoting David , it's RM 50 - RM 73 depending on which model like Thundershot MK II , Thundershot MK III Azure , Sport-Car model which i dont know the names and Dash warriors cars like Emperor , Super Emperor , Burning Sun , Shooting Star. There are others to choose from.

the website is www.tamiya.com.my but the prices of items there havent been updated since '07.

cheapest one would be the thundershot car. i bought the thundershot black special... it was 50-55... there are 4 types of motor in the market for ms-pro which are rev-tuned , torque-tuned , atomic tuned and hyperdash.... the first three are priced at RM 17.00 and hyperdash is RM 20.00

maybe your tool set and pack of screw...you'll need new stuff for ms-pro...those Rm 70+ are special kits like Tamiya Mini 4WD PRO Momoi Halko Orange Hotshot Jr.

to correct rexo , it's RM 10 per person , unlimited car but only one can qualify... at T.U , 7th June 2009 about 2-3pm until 9pm....may prolong , never know.

still selling old cars also... bout RM35 each... motors available are sprint -Dash and Power -Dash....they had Ultra dash but finish already.

apai , i tested two cars 2day...the thundershot with big purple rollers and avante with small silver stock rollers... my big rollers didnt work properly...avante went faster compared to thundershot.

help , i left my GP charger at T.U...i forgot to take it back...left in a hurry...

Angel86 ....when i first started playin at T.U in April , i brought my audley car and played there but i was given a good reason not to play anything else beside Tamiya which was David's boss indirectly disapproves us playing other brands esp. when you are running a business and you're trying to sell your product when others are bring other brands into the picture and i understood that coz im running a company as well.
Basically David will get firing from his boss if he doesnt enforce that simple rule.

It's like what david said , you buy chicken rice from one shop and bring it to a mamak shop and order ais kosong from them.. you get what i mean?

Angel86, plz understand that 95% of the racers here are playing Ms-pro cars and others are playing old chassis which is sold here in T.U. if you are interested , come and play otherwise dont cause unnecessary arguements which can be solve in matter of one reply from me.

ok...i re-read the post..fine.. you got no objections to following rules... this guy TXfirst...said he wanted to put old chassis motor into ms-pro chassis then david said he would laugh , even i would laugh coz it will be slow.

then TXfirst said oh new concept and David said maybe but go try that somewhere else. my opinion would be what's the point of ms-pro chassis when you put motor eg. say ultra dash into it? it's not even a new concept ,its like using old chassis. it's stupid for this guy to think that it's a new concept.

but you going and tell david something about profit etc... not related to the topic.. who would get angry?
