No la dude. Before this I was using Yammy SW315 but someone recommend me this Wharfy 150. I believed htkaki also recommend this one for the given price. I was going with the bigger brother Wharfy 250 but somehow along the way I got poison by aiman and end up with CHT 10R instead
But no regret though. 10R is a great sub

Today, just done a trading and shipment arrangement of CHT-10R for a fellow forummer. I guess Velodyne Kakis getting more by the day.

Last weekend, I went to a fellow HT member's pad to audition his prized gem. B&W 7 series for 7 channels and a SPL1200 sub. Fuyoo, the deep low end grunt is addictive!

I will be going again this weekend since he wants to lend me his B&W sub for me to test it out

If compare same driver size like 10" CHT and 10" SPL....SPL smaller in size but bigger in performance? What is that mic for?

The mic is for the sub calibration, just like the one you get with your Yamaha amp
