anyone here running on mordaunts Sub?

The policemen came because of your "special movie collection" or your sub huh?

Once was when i watched AVP when the Giant Alien finally came to life and attack my neighbour and another time was Pearl Harbor when the Japanese fighter planes nuked the harbour and accidently few missles also flew to my neighbour house..lol..tat was after i bought the sub and before that when i watched these two movies at the same volume there were no policemen came knocking also..

The sales guy is either trying to bullshit you or he didnt get his facts right. SW150 can go as low as 35Hz only, which is rather high for a sub and not 18Hz.

For a sub that goes that low, expect to fork out many many times more the price of SW150.

PSW110 goes down to 32Hz only. For Velodyne CHT-10R, it goes down to a respectable 28Hz. Even the SPL-1500R can only goes to a low 20HZ. Cant even go below the 'holy grail' 20Hz mark.

Sw110 can go to 18hz!!!! holy grail....

even my CHT-12R only listed as a 25Hz subbie only....but I can feel the pressure coming starting from 20Hz using DVE BD....

like that I hv to change to SW110 liao....anyone want my 12R???

I wanna see some specs sheet befor I believe the Sw110 can really go 18Hz. Like that even the SVS kalah already.

How big is the driver? 12" ?

Driver 10" only..But the size quite big. I also felt weird when he said 18hz ..i was like WOW so keng meh . Anyway this sub not bad lar..

Bro mpyw, kindly refer to my earlier post. PSW110 only goes as low as 32Hz. That's why I said the salesman either didnt get his facts right or bullshit

Why not totally sacrifice the sub and get a full range floorstanders.

why the neighbour complain u ? did u watch very late at night? i usually watch from 8pm to 10.

wah police job also include this is it> if u watch late then i cant blame the neighbour for it but they can always talk to u instead of calling the police.

I usually watch movies on Sunday afternoon. And sometimes when I get crazy, I listen to music around midnight at -17dB. No police came, I guess the neighbours were enjoying the music too.
