Latest news: A 47 mil Euros bid for Villa was rejected yesterday, rumour is the bid will be upped to 52 mil Euros today. Santi Cazorla or Capel are rumoured to be lined up as direct replacements for Robinho.

If u check Marca's website they have a video there of Cazorla talking (loudly ) on the phone to Casillas. A rough translation of what he said:

"Well, treat me well over there okay"
"Help me out a little because im going to be new there and wont have a clue about anything."
"Tomorrow i will send you a text when im over there...okay?? Thanks Iker."

He went on to say that he called Villa earlier and he said that hes coming to Madrid also.

Cazorla called a press conference saying he would be staying with the Yellow Submarines. And apparently Nido said Capel has a clause in his contract which says something like Madrid and Barca can't go for him?

well what his contract hav to do with Real n Barca in anyway. takkan they put something like "Real cant bid for him" and Real agreed to it, right ?

I don't think it's be cause we were crazy chasing Ronaldo. The squad is pretty strong as it is and it was always going to be a quieter summer for us; I just didn't expect it to be this quiet But there hasn't been many signings in the Spanish market this time ard..not only us.

Well Del Nido (Sevilla's president) claims that he has an agreement with both Barca and Madrid that they would not pay the release clause. I doubt this is true though. Del Nido talks out of his ass most of the time .

And I for one would rather sign nobody than bringing Joaquin here.
