can any1 tell me the estimated price for savvy bumper replacement? I recklessly bump it when i reverse my car...damn heartache...my stupidity the bumper on the right side already come out from its original place.... it would be great if can recommend any gud SC? my Savvy jz gt 1K service only. huhuhu~ |

aigoo.. just 1K km already langgar.. ouch.. sympathy on you.. normal or with body kit? if normal one i think roughly rm300++ without paint..
if with body kit, add another rm350 for it.. after i hear from mr ho (RSauto boss), terkejut one.. so different the price.. protong got rm350 just for stamping a big their own logo on renault original packaging i think.. huhu.. not a good thing to do la protong.. |

sure does..
for tdc = hard to start even after 5-10 time crank.. dirty sensor or connector.. just mod the connector.. cut of the old one n straight away use clips n solder it (DIY techky - send to RSauto in puchong rm30).. for coil = stutter n not smooth ride.. can diy if just plug cable @ replace with iswara(plug cable head only - normally one cable prob).. savoc.net got how to do it.. for trottlebody = 2nd gear n 3rd gear jerk at low rpm.. just clean up the dirt with kerosene @ silicone grease spray also can.. open airbox, unscrew 4 screw then carefully clean up the carbon n oil sump inside the trottlebody.. thats some of problem for mt n amt.. amt = sudden change/gear stuck / indicator lite up.. protection system that stop @ jammed the system when the system overheat.. some said wiring, some said the accumulator diaphragm fail so the system got dirt n jammed.. talk to proton mechanic.. said that every 40000km must check the amt pump n robotic.. just that they lazy(this is why it doesnt appear in the manual book) to open n check it.. haha.. |

another one is. if rpm meter suddenly zero. then engine feel no power. check ur gearbox sensor if not mistaken. u wanna buy new or 2nd? if new no prob.. anything happen just send to SC.. they will replace the tdc..
if 2nd, just prepare what i just put there.. its all the normal problem for mt/amt.. thats the major prob.. ready for small2 one right what i kena.. my starter kaput.. sometime the lampu kaput also.. can solve this using VS = voltan stabilizer.. for the tdc, if bout the hard to start yes for until the sensor kaput.. the renault expert said its because of the connection.. RSauto is one of renault expertise shop.. if u go there, only renault engine.. no other engine.. hehe.. |

mine already put there in my sig.. nearly 4 year already.. i think the previous owner like to crank the car when it cant start thus making the starter kaput.. its my bad luck the starter kaput right after 3 week of using the car.. if within first week, free repair from the shop that i buy..
u're from where? if in malaysia got special promotion now, 5year warranty /175000km.. so nice if any prob just go to nearest SC.. well, knowing the problem make u more prepare.. so u wont be fool by the shop/sc.. thats the idea of community.. to share info n helping each other.. *any CRU / NRU here? we're planning for a TT (teh tarik @ meet up) at PD (yet to confirm) on 28 june 2009.. can join if u want.. at least we savvy owner can share n know each other in real world.. --repair some typo-- This post has been edited by NOX: Jun 18 2009, 09:20 PM |

neo much sportier.. but please take 1.6 if u wanna buy neo.. 1.3 underpower.. not enough sport maa.. hehe.. later other laught at u one..
its lil bit small (the roof only less than 4cm if i'm in neo).. compare with savvy which have lotsa space above my head.. ya, do ask them bout the 5 year warranty.. the lite? take the white one.. so nice n rare.. later can make up.. but u have to live with no power window (can mod later mayb).. some u can add later.. 35k n the neo rm48k.. so much different.. how come? sorry for the mislead info..
