lol i though 4870x2 is direct compare to GTX 280 ..

who know is direct comprare to GTX280 SLI. whch cost abt 3-4k lol .

ya, me too.. i also dont know whether should buy 4870, or should wait for 4870x2, still got so long time to wait! and i changing my LCD for my future 4000 series! LOL

Better wait 4870X2.I dont know why,maybe save space AND more airflow?Becos if CF,your another card might block it so the airflow will...

Actually its really help for those that using HIGH resolution.
Btw HD 4870X2 are much cooler i think.

It's counted as 1 GB because the data needs to be replicated on both cores. Hence, only 1GB amount of data can be used at an instance.

650 PSU True Power is recomended.Or At least 1-6Pin and 1-8Pin Connectors.
