A'ite here the photo of my condition in OFF season weighting 82.8kg in Dec 2008. I'm preparing for the up coming comp in June. I post my pre comp condition in 2 weeks time

Now on cutting phase, standing around 79kg - 80kg.. Hope to reduce the fat but not the weight

actually in Malaysia is the other way around... all the big and ripped is at 65 to 75kg, that's why my friend and I trying to enter heavy.. but we'll see how it goes

I do both, in off season i do slightly heavy but most of the time just do enough to feel the pump and burn...

All rite here's my condition 7Days out from Mr.Selangor.. This time I manage to drop 1.5kg, can't drop to much in short period of time, don't want to take a chance to lose my muscle size.
