if we buy psp from official sony malaysia, if got dead pixel can it be claim? or what i need to do ?

Yes you can as long as it's under warranty.

I think it depends on how many pixels you have dead. If 3-4 they would probably say no.

sniper,i don't think so because if it's still under warranty,it most probably is a factory defect and it sure can be changed.It doesn't cause a big deal of problems though.

ahh.. finally recorded a video of the speaker in action. but theyre fugly. T_T
it was a night's work, done aroun 4.50am and had to depart to KL at 9.. didnt really got time to touch up. plus the lack of tools n stuff. wetfusion so lucky got friends with drill n grinder to touch up his psp. i gotta use primitive tools. haha.
anyway, uploading the video now. the quality is pretty bad, i mean the video's sound quality. but nevetheless, i've overcame the sound prob. now screaming like a nightingale. ahaha

guys, finally i bought the psp slim & lite black piano color
thinking of getting the fat version, but due the they are no more production for fat psp.
so its better to have a new psp slim & lite version,
and i bought the black horn 12 in 1 kit too

daym. bought it the same time you bought the psp? the seller better give you a cut price la. ahaha.
and i wanted to buy the black too, but my housemate was using the same model. then i wanted to buy a white one, also got my housemate. then i wanna buy the red one, also got already. T_T
had to buy silver. either silver, or pink.

while waiting for it to upload, here are some 'behind the scene' picts.


first attempt on soldering to the sound terminals. failed to achieve high quality. wetfusion was right, i better solder them to the headphone jacks.
left and right speaker points. the soldered ones are the + terminal.


the headphone jack+serial port.

as u can see, cant close properly for the speaker's solenoid's sheer size. sound quality memang gila babi chun woh!

oh, cool, my video's done.

sound quality is obviously better, my cameraphone's mic sucks. or broken. either way, sucks la. T_T

make a hole in the backplate... just behind the mobo

so the solenoid can go it... or better if hav extra money.. desolder the speaker n fit another speaker thats slimmer...

if not using the speaker also 2hours???
+ change the the button to white.
