I personally feel pantene shampoo has quite a lot of chemicals and I used to drop a lot of hair. Then I stopped and use other brand. It gets back to normal.

Besides that, if your hair has dandruff also will cause hair loss.

Stress too.

If you going to choose between Rogaine and Propecia, it is wiser u choose one that can inhibit DHT. SO Propecia si the choice. Read more.

BTW, please come here (photos) to compare my hair after 10 months with propecia and give some comment.

but if ur going traditional,u cn use alovera...cut it slice its side n squeeze it to ur hair,or peel the skin n blend...put on ur hair...leave it for a while or so,then wash..
can also make acne gone...use on face..n wipe with warm cloth

a) comb hair b4 u wash (especially for girls who has long hair)

b) wash hair once a day

c) use shampoo acc to your hair type

d) dun 4get to use the conditioner (its a must!)

e) avoid using the hairdryer

btw...it all depends on wat ur using on ur hair...frequent change of moist,shampoo,gel change or whatsoever related may cause ur hair to fly away wth the wind..

if you are having pattern baldness DON"T USE GEL..make your hair fall faster because when you wash it it cause a lot of friction..

Under hot sun will cause hair fall too.

UV rays wont cause your hair to fall but it will damage it..making it look thinner. If you have Pattern Baldness try not to expose to UV rays too much too.

Hair care center can help u. go for expert helping u better.

Hair Centers CANNOT HELP U..please..i spent more than 10k for treatments in a hair center and the first thing that they will say to you. There is no guarantee. Why do they say that if they can help you? They only say they can stop hair loss (stopping hair loss and getting your hair back is TWO VERY DIFFERENT THINGS).

Of course initial treatments might be a few hundred RM but then they will tell you you will need dis and dat or else it won't be effective..eventually your costs will boom. Furthermore, some will say that because of your lifestyle or some other food you take is causing the hair loss so it's not their problem that they cannot help you.

Why waste money when what they offer you can practically do at home, more often get better results? Please tell me 1 person that faces Pattern Baldness recovers all their hair in a hair center without spending a fortune.

Of course, some cases like temporary hair loss like Telogen Effluvium and Post Pregnancy Hair Loss CAN BE RECOVERED by themselves after a period of time and those who went there with these conditions claim that they recovered. You can RECOVER your hair yourself if you face this condition because it's temporary. If you want to trust hair centers, might as well trust PHDs. from USA. I believe their work is more credible than hair centers.

PS - One more thing, if you notice they are not expert in helping you to get your hair back..but helping themselves to make a lot of money. Real experts for hair loss are M.D./Doctors/Dermatologists/Hair Transplant Specialists not them. If they are so good they won't need to work local hair centers)

well, if you have long hair, try not tying it that often, it helps for me... there's something called friction alopecia... meaning friction or physical pull makes your hair falls more
