Well, I've heard that eating too much instant noodles can cause hair loss.

Use appropriate shampoo.. maybe u can get it at body shop

wash hair regularly, mayb once every 2 days

u eat too much of 味精？majority causing hair loss is food or genetic.
y not u try to eat less fast food and something put too much of 味精.

using olive oil to nurture ur hair...strengthen the foundation so it won fall off easily...

before i used clear...
doc suggest me to use nizoral shampoo...
but twice a week...
i asked my sis,and she said that the shampoo will heat my head skin...(not skinhead..huhu)
so,i decided to stop it..
my hair is still fall and like bald at the side of my head

because, i`m just 20 yrs old...

i have same prob like u la bro..only 22 dis year..my hair become more bold la..and now decide to become JAAP STAM la..no money to do treatment...but with hair prob sumtime make us become low profile and low self esteem..huhu..what a nature..haha

massage your scrap when you wash your hair but then stay away from conditioner or treatment which can hurt your scrap....only apply to the end of the hair but if you have short hair, you go for steaming at salon rather than diy at home... eating habit is essential too... use hair fall control shampoo at the meantime....

OK..if u not believe just go Yun Nam and try your luck but later don't complaint here..
