There is alot of hype around creatine supplementation, try it or not its up to u. Most importantly, its not good to rely on supplements.. better stick to the protein rich food. Me, I am so poor I can't afford all those protein shakes lol.

4Rings is a pro in bodybuilding.. though i heard he retired edi. I dont think I need to buy the pro multivits like AnimalPak, its way to expensive for my budget. One of the basics of supplements is multivits.

BTW: I just bought scivation whey, multivits, vit B complex from musclefuel.. good price IMHO.

You meant animal pak? But Orange triad and animal pak have the same price and usage duration.

But RM160 for a month and half supply of multivitamins....isn't it's too much?

RM160 for vitamins is too much for me also, if i have an extra RM160 its better to buy Creatine Esther, ZMA or NO Explode.

For me, i've cooled down on animal already. I think the 'feel good' effect everyone talks abt after taking it comes frm the ginseng.

Some more a lot ppl got yello urine after taking it, too much nutrients cannot b absorbed. These ppl r the huge angmos, so for us asians definitely over the top.

If get animal pak, take once per 2 days shld b enuff i tink.

Didn't workout for the past whole week. Still eating according to my diet.
Willing to accept comments and guidance for me to bulk up.

Dont fret about the vits. I bought the vit B one too..the bottle looks exactly like in the websites. But the multis is packed in a clear bottle. First time taking it yesterday, dunno why but I sleep like a log!
